Video convertion control unit-entertainment

The VCCU-E extends Visionomy with high-definition video routing and conversion for aircraft applications.
As a stand-alone module, the VCCU-E anchors the onboard video system and will:

  • Manage camera video outputs and downstream displays

  • Allow passengers and crew to switch seamlessly between cameras

  • Interface with RS-485 / RS-232 management buses

  • Provide NTSC format for cockpit applications

  • Convert and distribute multiple high-definition video channels

  • Integrate natively with the Visionomy Security/Control Center

Multi-Video channel converter: x8 HD-SDI inputs / x8 HD-SDI - x1 multiplexed video HD-SDI - x8 NTSC outputs
Multi-communication platform: RS-232 for CAMHD-Z command & RS-485 to the IFE system
